Description: Small short-lived compact evergreen shrub, native to the Mediterranean and well adapted to Texas. Fine textured green, aromatic leaves with small yellow button shape flowers spring to early summer. Great in summer heat but does not like humidity or wet feet. Butterflies like it. Deer do not. Drought tolerant. Salt tolerant.
