Refund and cancellation policies   

• We offer a 24 hour window for any returned product.
• We do not warranty plants.
• The material MUST be in “like new” condition, never removed from original container, and watered properly while in customers possession.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• SPECIAL ORDERS are non-refundable
• SPECIAL ORDERS may require a deposit

Wholesale policy

• We do welcome DIY enthusiasts; however Wholesale Pricing is to the trade only.
• Customers must be with a wholesale contractor for tagging and purchases to earn Wholesale Pricing.
• Purchases must be made by contractor.

Delivery policy

• Materials are delivered on internal fleet or contracted haulers
• Delivery is available across the contiguous 48 states.
• Signature Required on all deliveries.
