Description: This native of Europe is an evergreen palm with clumping trunks and blue green fan shaped fronds that show well against the darker trunks. Spring yellow flowers are often hidden in the foliage and do produce inedible fruit. Minimal maintenance and deer resistant. Drought tolerance once established. Use for screening, around water installations, focal points, or as privacy hedging.
