Description: An evergreen agave with narrow, inwardly curved leaves with no spines along the edge but a strong terminal spine. The unbranched bloom stalk, occurring between 10 and 20 years of age, may rise to 10ft above the plant. The densely packed yellow flowers turn purple as they age and will produce small plantlets along the length of the stalk. Not picky about soil if it drains well.
