Description: Native. Large, trunk-forming with wide, rigid green to bluish-green leaves that taper to extremely sharp tips. Forms a tall, solitary or branching structure with time, often developing multiple heads from the base or along the trunk. Late spring, flower spikes reaching 12-18ft H, bearing heavy clusters of creamy white blooms that attract pollinators. Highly deer tolerant. Thrives in full sun with excellent drainage and performs well as a bold vertical statement in expansive, low-water landscapes or for defensive or barrier plantings.
