Description: Adapted. Rare, trunk-forming with extremely narrow, thread-like blue-green leaves forming fine-textured, spherical crown atop single trunk. Leaves are densely packed and flexible, giving the plant an ornamental, grassy appearance. Late spring, flower spikes rising 10-14ft H with creamy white, bell-shaped blooms that attract pollinators. Deer tolerant though young plants may need protection in high-pressure areas. Requires full sun and very sharp drainage, particularly in winter. Performs well as a collectors specimen or fine-textured focal point in arid, modern landscapes.
