Description: A slow-growing evergreen yucca native to Mexico and popular in Austin. A single trunk, to 4ft high given time, supports a huge quantity of long narrow blue leaves. Spring and summer white flowers on stalks up to 3ft above the foliage. Blooms are popular with birds. The leaves are somewhat soft compared to other yucca so having it in a container near popular areas is ok. Drought and deer tolerance once established.
