Description: Adapted. Massive, tree-form with a thick, branching trunk and dense crowns of stiff, sword-like green leaves lined with white filaments. Can produce multiple heads with age. In late spring to early summer, flower spikes reach 12-20ft H, bearing creamy white, bell-shaped blooms that attract pollinators. Leaves are fibrous and sharp-tipped, making the plant highly deer tolerant. Requires excellent drainage, and ample space to reach full size. Performs well as a bold, long-term specimen or living sculpture in large-scale dry landscapes.
