Description: Drought-tolerant evergreen shrub native to west Texas. Silvery foliage and vibrant purple, lavender, or magenta blooms appear after rain or during periods of high humidity. Attracts pollinators and hummingbirds. Texas Superstar designations include Lynns Legacy and Rio Bravo. Thrive in hot, dry climates and performs best in full sun with very well-draining soil. Deer-resistant, low-maintenance, and responds well to light pruning to shape. Salt tolerant. Ideal for xeriscaping, hedges, or as a focal point in arid landscapes.
