Description: A long lived and slow growing grass-like evergreen native to Texas. The single trunks can reach 4 to 6ft high. The thin blue-green sharp-edged leaves are spoon like at the base and grow from a basal rosette. May to August, white to greenish, flower stalks can reach 10 to 15 feet high. Must have good drainage. Drought and heat tolerance once established. Not fussy about soil type but must be well drained.
