Description: A Mexico native adapted to Texas. Compact and performs exceptionally well in hot, dry climates and well-drained soil. Adaptable, and long living with dense mounds of small, evergreen foliage topped with bee and butterfly friendly bright pink tubular flowers in summer. This tough, drought-tolerant plant is ideal for structured or formal borders, rock gardens, and pollinator habits, and thrives with minimal maintenance once established. Cut back by 1/3 after bloom as needed.
