Description: Tender shrub native to the southern US. Nondescript green leaves are overshadowed by orange red tubular flowers, popular with pollinators, summer through fall. May come back after a freeze, especially if mulched. If damaged by a freeze, prune to 6 inches above ground if before spring, Heat and drought tolerant once established.
