Description: Fast-growing, moisture-loving sedge with tall, slender stems topped by umbrella-like whorls of narrow leaves. Thrives near ponds, in rain gardens, or in containers with consistently moist soil. It can be grown indoors or outdoors and brings a tropical, architectural look to the landscape. Not drought-tolerant; must be watered regularly. Protect from frost or overwinter indoors in colder zones.
