Description: Warm-season perennial spurges valued for fine texture, long bloom period, and drought resilience. Airy bracts bloom continuously from spring through frost and attract pollinators. Some cultivars are evergreen in mild winters. All parts contain a milky sap that can irritate skin--handle with care. Grow in well-drained soil with protection from winter extremes. Heat-tolerant and deer-resistant. Compact and mounding forms blend well into perennial borders, containers, and mixed plantings.
