Description: Evergreen low growing plant adapted to Texas. Triangular blue to gray leaves arranged around the stems which radiate from the center. In late winter to early spring yellow flowers, eventually turning red, sprout from the tips. Very cold hardy plant requiring well drained soils. Sap is toxic and repels deer.
