Description: Vigorous, usually evergreen vine native to parts of Texas. Main bloom event is in March through May with varieties bearing bloom colors of yellow, oranges, red, and apricot. Booms appear on old wood only. Rain later in the year occasionally produces flowers as well. Brown seed pods follow blooms. Can take a bit of shade. Prune and train to control growth and direction.
