Description: Adapted cultivar. Rare, twisted form of spineless Totem Pole cactus, valued for sculptural, spiraling columns and smooth, lumped skin. Like the standard monstrosus form, it lacks ribs and spines, creating a striking silhouette. Must be protected from hard freezes. Prefers full sun in cooler months, but its tender skin may benefit from filtered light or afternoon shade in intense summer heat to prevent sunscald. Requires excellent drainage and dry winter conditions. Rarely blooms, but twisting, surreal form makes it a standout focal point in cactus gardens, modern landscapes, or decorative pots.
