Description: Cultivar. Twisted, contorted form of Peruvian Apple cactus with spiraled ribs and rugged blue-green stems. Grows 4-6ft H, 2-3ft W in large containers. May flower at night with large white blooms; fruiting rare. Thrives in full sun but appreciates some afternoon shade in containers or areas with intense heat. Requires excellent drainage and should be kept dry in winter. Overwinter indoors. Best used as a bold accent in pots or raised cactus beds where its twisting structure stands out.
