Description: Two main classes of Marigold with bright green leaves and edible flowers of warm orange, red, and yellow colors. The erecta have numerous small flowers while the patula have fewer larger ones. Marigolds tolerate Austin summer temperatures well. They do benefit from deadheading but it isn't strictly necessary.
