Description: Adapted. Clumping. Finely textured; long, narrow, pendulous leaves and airy, flowing form, culms widely spaced; less upright than Mexican Climbing. Upright base with pronounced weeping tops Taller, denser, tighter at base, more robust as well. Thrives in full sun with occasional irrigation; adapts to partial shade but slows growth. Once established; highly drought-tolerant and requires minimal care. Winter mulch recommended. In containers 6-10ft H, 3-4ft W. Use for soft screening where width form can contribute to more naturalistic look.
