Description: Cultivar. Variegation in four distinct colors; deep green centers, pale yellow edges, reddish margins, and subtle central stripe. Small teeth and terminal spines. Dense rosette. Monocarpic (plant dies after blooming) but offsets freely, forming attractive colonies. Flower spike, at 8-12 years, can reach 10-14 feet tall. Greenish-yellow blooms attract pollinators. Tolerant of heat; drought but benefits from afternoon shade in hot or highly reflective sites. Excellent for borders, containers, and accent plantings where vivid foliage contrast is desired.
