Description: Native of Texas Southern Trans Pecos region. Broad, smooth blue-green leaves; faint bud imprinting and minimal marginal teeth; matte finish resistant to heat; glare. Upright rosette. Monocarpic, producing occasional offsets. Flower spike, at 10-15 years, can reach 12-16 ft tall. Pale yellow-green blooms attract pollinators. Requires excellent drainage. Highly tolerant of heat; drought. Suitable for xeriscapes, rock gardens, and native-inspired designs
