Description: Medium size, evergreen form native to the Chisos Mountains of the Big Bend area of Texas. Leaves are short and wide with spikes of dark brown along edges and terminal. At maturity, around 20 to 40 years, plant will form a thick stalk up to 15ft high with yellow green flowers. The main plant will die and will sometimes form offsets. On of the more cold hardy agave for Austin.
