Description: Fast growing, evergreen tree with open weeping form. Native to Australia and adapted to Texas. Young bark is maroon, aging to a gray brown. Leaves are narrow, twisted, and drooping. Yellow flowers late winter to spring are followed by brown seed pods. Salt and deer tolerant.
